Description
An industrial RO plant is made up of multiple processes or activities that must all be linked and coordinated in order to provide the desired outcomes. Reverse osmosis is a membrane-based filtering process that employs a selective membrane to prevent big molecules or ions from passing through the pores (holes) while permitting smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to readily pass. Furthermore, applying pressure to a solution on one side of a selective membrane retains the solute on the pressurized side while allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side. The name “cross-flow filtration” comes from the fact that the two liquid streams run side by side.
Brackish water reverse osmosis systems from (BWRO) have a number of basic characteristics that make them suited for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Optional operational and control features, as well as supplementary equipment, are available, allowing you to totally design your system. Brackish Water (BWRO) R.O. Water Treatment Plant is utilized in many parts of the globe where clean drinkable water is scarce. It’s perfect for the food and beverage industry, as well as hospitals, agriculture, hotels and resorts, water bottling and ice production, medicines, and more.

With the Water Softener with Automatic Backwash by Crystal, your family will have healthier skin and hair. Reduced hard water build-up also results to cleaner dishes, easier to clean tubs, showers and sinks; softer, cleaner and longer lasting clothes. The “Automatic Backwash”feature regenerates the water softeners regularly, renewing their ability to remove hardness from water. This unit has a time-initiated regeneration via an electronic controller, Fleck control valve, that can be set up when softening capacity is predicted to run out. Based on your hardness and water usage, this can be every 3-5 days or even every 1-2 weeks. Regeneration takes 30 minutes and will run water backwards through the system down the drain.
